Social media has revolutionized the way businesses can connect with their audience. We all know people and businesses in our same industry that are getting thousands of likes and followers that we strive to emulate.

But it can become really frustrating, really quickly, when you put in all of this time and energy into your social media presence only to hear crickets. And I think a lot of us focus on the social media hacks:

  • How many hashtags should I include in posts?
  • How do I do I use engagement stickers on Instagram?
  • How often should I post on my feed?

All of that tactical stuff is great, but sometimes when we focus on the granular details, we lose the big picture. And when we lose the big picture, it’s very easy to fall into a rabbit hole.
