Many aesthetic providers I speak with think that email is dead, that their patients don’t want to hear from them, and that they fear their patients will find it annoying to receive email communication from them. All of that is untrue!
Email marketing is one of the most effective forms of online marketing. In fact, some studies have found email marketing ROI to outperform social media marketing. And the fact is your patients want to hear what you have to offer them. They want to be kept in the know of what’s new and exciting at your medical practice.
Also consider this – we all of us (including myself) closely guard our emails. We never freely hand it out to a website UNLESS we know they’re going to deliver something of value to us. So the fact that your patients have willingly given their email address to you is an indication that they want to hear from you.
