The Opportunity
When we partnered with Aesthetics on Demand (XOD), they were an aesthetics-space startup with a revolutionary idea: transforming the industry by creating mobile medical spa services. XOD makes devices that are light enough for treatment providers to carry to their client’s homes. We were brought onboard to craft an online presence that would position XOD as the leading aesthetic mobile device firm, from the ground up.
The Strategy
XOD had an ambitious goal. At Milan Marketing & Media, we love that. As XOD’s leading marketing partner, we designed and executed multiple effective marketing campaigns designed to put them at the forefront of their industry, including:
- A new website with e-commerce capabilities to sell their device serums.
- A social media drip campaign, providing white-label video content for their customers to promote across social media.
- A video training series for existing customers to serve as a resource for them for additional support.
- A video marketing sales series with one of their medical advisory board members to assist with a sales automation effort.
- A series of top-of-the-funnel marketing videos designed to grab viewers’ attention and visually explain the concept of XOD.

Training Videos
We partnered with XOD to create a series of training videos designed to support providers at every stage of their experience with the devices. These videos go beyond technical instruction, capturing both the clinical application and the human side of hands-on education. In addition to device-focused training, this piece highlights XOD’s approach to in-person training—emphasizing accessibility, ongoing support, and real-world problem solving. The result is a video library that builds confidence, reinforces trust, and reflects the brand’s commitment to long-term provider success.

Social Media Drip Campaign
To support customers who’ve purchased a device from XOD, we created a social media drip campaign designed for immediate use within each practice’s content strategy. The videos were intentionally produced with a white-label approach, allowing providers to seamlessly integrate their own branding, messaging, and calls-to-action. This ensured the content felt custom to each practice while maintaining consistency with XOD’s overall brand standards.
Website & E-Commerce
During the launch of XOD, we designed and built a new WordPress website along with a fully integrated WooCommerce online store. We also collaborated on developing a tagline that aligned with XOD’s strategic value proposition and clearly communicated how their devices stand apart from other aesthetic manufacturers. The tagline, “Designed to Drive Revenue Inside & Outside Your Medical Aesthetic Practice,” reinforced XOD’s mission to offer versatile medical aesthetic devices that can be used both within the clinic and in off-site treatment settings.
