The Opportunity
Spring Street Dermatology is one of the largest dermatology providers in New York City. Founded by Dr. Sapna Palep, Spring Street Dermatology has two locations—Soho and Uptown. Eager to continue Spring Street Dermatology’s success, parent company Navaderm engaged us to deploy a multi-channel marketing campaign.
The Strategy
We created dozens of videos marketing assets, exploring everything from individual provider bios to treatment and process walkthroughs, patient testimonials, and more. These videos were strategically peppered across their social media channels, website, and email marketing initiatives.
About Spring Street Dermatology
We produced a series of About the Practice and Provider videos designed to help patients connect with the dermatologists at Spring Street Dermatology before ever stepping into the office. In addition to being distributed across social media channels, these videos were strategically integrated into each provider’s website bio page—allowing prospective patients to build familiarity and trust prior to scheduling an appointment.
