The Opportunity
Celebrity massage therapist and aesthetician Serena Marie Licastro launched her Staten Island-based practice with a vision of bringing luxury facial and massage treatments to the island. With her training from the Shibui Spa at the Greenwich Hotel, Serena sought to partner with a marketing agency who could articulate her high-end spa experience vision.
The Strategy
After successfully launching Serena’s new website, we developed and delivered multiple video marketing assets, including an About video, multiple treatment videos, and more.
Separately, we developed a marketing campaign for a pop-up spa experience called the “Pure Air Bubble,” for Barcelona-based skincare line Natura Bisse. As a result of the success of the Pure Air Bubble, Natura Bisse invited Serena to be one of their exclusive distributors for online retail and we subsequently developed an e-commerce store that integrated in her website.
