One of the biggest problems I see with clients’ websites is that the information about their services doesn’t reflect what their visitors are searching.

A tell-tale sign of this is if you have a high bounce rate – the percentage of visitors who visit your website and leave after seeing 1 page.

What ends up happening is that visitor will then go to your competitor’s website, find the information they were seeking there and then begin to trust your competitor vs. you.
