The Opportunity
Navaderm is a Northeast-based dermatology platform with over 30 dermatologists in the New York and New Jersey area. Owned by private equity firm Bell Health, their goal was to leverage their experience in healthcare to accelerate growth and exit within five years. Navaderm sought to partner with a local marketing agency that could help facilitate this vision by adding further value to their existing marketing strategy.
The Strategy
Starting with Spring Street Dermatology, we designed a video-forward marketing strategy, creating dozens of procedure videos, provider videos, FAQ videos, trending micro-video content, and more. This content was then distributed across their website, email marketing campaigns, and relevant social media channels.
After our initial success working with Spring Street Dermatology, we expanded to three additional Navaderm platforms, Scherl Dermatology, Millburn Laser Center, and Dermatology & Surgery Associates of the Bronx.
The result? Massive success. Within two years, Novaderm successfully sold all four of these dermatology platforms to Schweiger Dermatology Group, one of the largest dermatology firms in the United States.
